With an existing business helping clients with their marketing and design needs, coupled with a passion and additional experience in real estate, a new company was formed to help those who need to focus more on what they do best, allowing us to do what we do best.

Founder & CEO

Mauranda’s extensive background in marketing and design, along with real estate experience, ensures a strong advantage behind the clients she serves. Her love for all aspects of marketing and real estate, and desire for strong results, helps place the agents she works with and coaches ahead of the game when they are using Gather Group & Co as leverage in their business.

She was born and raised in Vermont, and moved to Raleigh a couple of years ago with her husband, Shane, and 2 daughters, Maddisyn and Makinley. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new places within the community, volunteering at her children’s schools, visiting the beach, and meeting new people.

Mauranda believes in the importance of long lasting relationships, community involvement, and building partnerships. She takes pride in her ability to get the job done, while understanding that this industry is about timeliness, attention to detail, lead generation, client acquisition, return on investment and loyalty to clients that she has the privilege to work with.

Meghan is creative, diligent and highly personable. She has over 15 years of marketing and merchandising experience, with an emphasis in Sales & Project Management. Her keen attention to detail and strong communication skills, combined with her passion to conquer any challenge that crosses her path, allows her to provide each and every client with “best in class” customer service – Guaranteed!

She lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband and 2 daughters.  She is a graduate of NC State University College of Management and a passionate WOLFPACK fan.  She enjoys running, family activities, WOLFPACK football games, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and meeting new people.

Meghan continues to provide uninterrupted service to small businesses with their digital marketing needs through our sister company, VIP Media Company, while managing projects and systems for Gather Group & Co.

Bridget is passionate, dynamic, and highly-motivated. She has experience in real estate with a strong desire to help clients along their path to success. Her extensive background in education, exemplary writing skills, and compassion for others allow her to offer a unique perspective that sets her clients apart from others within the industry.

She is originally from central Pennsylvania but has called the Raleigh area home since 2005. Bridget and her husband have four fabulous children. She loves spending time with her family playing games, doing crafts, listening to music, cooking, going to sporting events, and enjoying the beautiful beaches of North Carolina. Bridget has a passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures and she thrives when trying new things. Bridget truly believes that learning is a life-long journey.

Lisa is dedicated, driven and well seasoned, with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. Her strong focus on client needs, combined with her solid problem-solving skills, allows her to suggest the most suitable service options for clients.  Client success and satisfaction is her ultimate priority, which is very obvious to those who work with her.  Lisa takes great pride in her professionalism and commitment to her clients. She will undoubtedly deliver an exceptional onboarding experience!

Lisa is originally from New Jersey, and relocated to the south to attend The University of South Carolina in Columbia.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management. She moved to Raleigh in 1998.  Lisa has two very active children and spends most of her free time either watching or coaching their sports. She enjoys meeting new people and learning their stories.  She parents and lives by words of encouragement, while motivating others to do the same.
